Our Team
Dr Henry Jackson
Henry is the owner and Principal chiropractor at Performance Choice. Prior to Chiro Henry spent time working in the mines as a fitter and also an S&C coach / PT for over 10+ years. This gives him a unique understanding of the industry that serves our great region and the physical demands it places on our bodies. Henry has a special interest in sporting injuries and loves helping people improve performance and functional capacity. He enjoys helping patients enjoy life and continue doing whats most important to them.
Outside of clinic Henry enjoys good food and coffee. You’ll find him either in the gym, at home smoking meat, mowing lawns and tinkering in the shed. Henry also considers himself to be one of the greatest armchair athletes in existence.

Nelly is the friendly voice you’ll often hear when you reach out to us. She is our chiropractic assistant and she also manages the social media pages. She’s always up for a good chat and loves creating content that makes people smile. Prior to PCC Nelly was a Veterinary Nurse. However, she has decided to swap paws for hands; starting her Bachelor of Nursing.
Outside of PCC you’ll find her studying, spending quality time with her friends and family or at the gym.
